The center, which is intended to become a part of the neighborhood’s public life, has been handled in a way that reflects Eyüpsultan’s multi-levelled, multi-layered structure in its own scale. In this direction, it has been tried to continue the existing streets, pedestrian and vehicle connections. The disconnection between the neighborhood texture and the cemetery due to the current level relations and borders has been tried to be eliminated. While the center works as an intersection between the neighborhood texture and the cemetery, it is also conceived as a flexible campus with multiple entrances that allows new encounters between residents and visitors.
